Basing on the book by Stefano Liberti Lords of Food, I wrote an article for Vogue about tuna industry, and how it cheated us into eating canned tuna that is so processed that in order to have taste it’s bathed in additives.

From Liberti to my personal story about Tsukiji Market with the biggest tuna auction in the world (when it was still open) I describe a story of how our demand for tuna meat has brought most of the species of this fish on the brink of the extinction.
